Get help withthe LoadHunter extension

Pick the kind of problem, then describe what happened on the board. The more exact the description, the fewer rounds it takes.

Send the context

What you were doing, what you expected and what happened instead carry most of a useful report, plus when it happened and where.

We never ask for a password, card or bank details, or an API key. If a message asks for one in our name, it is not from us.

We keep what you send and how you found us, such as the campaign or the site that sent you, to reply and follow up. Read the privacy policy.

Before you write

If it is known, skip the write-up

A quick check saves a round trip. Then send it, and the case keeps everything together.

Check 01

Sign out and back in

It clears most stale sessions, and if it does not, that is worth saying in the case.

Check 02

Note the load ID and the time

The load, the time with its time zone, and the last thing you clicked before it went wrong.

Check 03

Then send it once

One case per problem. Replies stay on the same thread, so nothing is retold.
